Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you encounter any issues with your products, such as defects, mistakes in customization, or if you simply wish to exchange the product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, exchange, or request a refund, kindly provide the following:
- Reason for Return/Exchange: Specify the issue with the product (e.g., defect, incorrect customization, wrong item received, etc.) or the reason for the exchange.
- Photographic Evidence: Submit clear images of the product showing the issue (e.g., defect, customization error, damage during shipping, etc.).
Once we receive this information, we will evaluate your request and work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the nature of the problem.
Please note the following:
- Customized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
- If a refund, replacement, or exchange is granted, the original item must be returned in its original condition (if applicable) before any replacement, exchange, or refund is issued.
- For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.
