2. We Design It: Our team at Custom Your Charm will create a digital preview for you.

3. Review & Revise: We’ll send the preview by email. Request as many edits as you need until you’re 100% satisfied

4. Production & Delivery: Once approved, we’ll craft your charm and ship it straight to your doctor

5. Multiple Design Orders: Since each order can only include 1 design, so if you’d like to purchase several different designs at once, please repeat the ordering process for each design and add them all to your cart. Once you’ve added all the designs you want, proceed to checkout, this way you’ll receive multiple designs in a single order.

🚚 Shipping: 

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to design and craft your custom charms after you approve the design. 

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days to U.S. via USPS (International orders may take longer depending on the destination)

↩️ Return and refund policy: Since each charm is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email within 7 days to proceed the full refund or sending you the replacement as of your wish
