2️⃣ We Design It: Our custom design team will create a digital 3D preview for you.
3️⃣ Review & Revise: We’ll send the preview for your approval. You can request as many edits as you need until you’re 100% satisfied!
4️⃣ Production & Delivery: Once approved, we’ll professionally craft your custom patches and ship them straight to your door.

Since each patch is uniquely custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly process a full refund or send you a replacement as per your wish!
